@375 … that’s the temperature many of my favorites are baked at.  I love to bake – all kinds of treats, from all over the world.  From French macarons, to Latin tres leches, to Italian tiramisu, along with the comfort sweets.

I am a self taught baker with a love for eating.  I enjoy fresh, natural, and minimally processed foods and that’s how I approach all that I make.
